1:1 Coaching Program
We will work together over 6 sessions to refine your goals, identify your values and move you to where you want to be.
It took many years for your current health behaviours to form. Modifying these and creating new, sustainable healthy habits will also take some time. A 6-session program is the best way to practice and reinforce these behaviours to make them stick.
We will schedule weekly sessions to start and after the fourth session we can shift to fortnightly, covering 8 weeks together. However, this program is completely tailored for you and your needs. We will decide on the schedule together, taking into account your goals and progress.

6 x 45 minute sessions
$535 paid in full or 3 payments of $190
